Murals

Using funds from a 2023 City of Cincinnati NBDIP grant, NEST partnered with local artists to install 7 new works along Hamilton Avenue in the heart of Northside’s vibrant business district.

In 2025, we’re partnering with Urban Sites and OTRCH on 6 more murals - 3 interior and 3 exterior - at the new Vandalia Point apartments. We’re thrilled to work with neighborhood-based Enodia Studio to manage these murals. Seven local artists are creating the murals that celebrate Northside, including rehabber pioneer Maureen Wood, the 4th of July parade, our local music scene, the natural world, our LGBTQIA+ neighbors, and our tattoo culture.

Also in 2025 and 2026, we’re adding a mural celebrating Northside’s long history and future of LGTBQIA+ / ally advocacy to the Hamilton Avenue business district.
