Support PAD

PAD, “Preserving + Affordable + Diverse Homeownership”, launched in 2021, is a partnership between NEST and People Working Cooperatively aiming to facilitate continued homeownership and aging in place. NEST administers home repair grants up to $6,000 to eligible homeowners in Northside and PWC completes the approved repairs. Read more about PWC’s repair program here.

Grant recipients must be:

  • At or below 80% of Area Median Income (subject to income verification)

  • Living in an owner-occupied home or residential building up to 3 units

  • Using funds to complete work related to emergency repairs, code violations, accessibility, aging in place, energy efficiency audits, weatherization, energy efficient appliance upgrades
