In March 2025, NEST acquired the historic Park Theatre building at 4157 Hamilton Avenue through a grant from the City of Cincinnati and HomeBase QuickStrike Fund. We are grateful for the opportunity to be stewards of this key property in the Hamilton Avenue neighborhood business district!
Originally built as a state-of-the art vaudeville movie theater in 1913, this building has seen many uses over the years, including a bakery, furniture store, and most recently a used appliance store. NEST is currently engaging with our Northside community (and beyond!) to determine the best next use for this space - join us! We hope to create something that celebrates the vibrancy of Northside.
