NEST Releases Request for Qualifications for “Northside Gateway” Project

For Immediate Release:

NEST, Northside’s non-profit Community Redevelopment Corporation, has released a Request for Qualifications seeking a Co-Developer for an integral gateway corner of Northside’s Historic Neighborhood Business District. 

“NEST is excited to activate this important property through collaborative redevelopment that will end vacancy, bolster our business district and further Northside’s Community Land Use Plan goals”, said Sarah Thomas, Executive Director of NEST. 

The Request for Qualifications opened Monday October 18th, 2021 at 9:00am and responses are due Friday November 12th, 2021 by 4:00pm. More information and the RFQ documents can be found on NEST’s homepage: http://northsidenest.org
