NEST is grateful that Quick Strike funds from the City of Cincinnati made it possible for us to purchase this long-vacant building at the gateway to the historic Northside neighborhood business district in the summer of 2024. The Cincinnati Preservation has provided a loan to assist with predevelopment planning for this historic structure. Chroma Architecture + Design is our partner in preserving this building. With help from the City of Cincinnati’s Neighborhood Business District Improvement Program, we will stabilize the wood-frame building, with work expected to begin in 2025.
